We offer different warehouses around the world to deliver to you faster and more efficiently!

Each warehouse offers different shipping fees and sends a separate package, hence additional shipping charges if you order from multiple warehouses.

Delivery times also vary depending on the warehouse and depend on various factors such as the efficiency of the postal service, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we give you an approximation based on our statistics and past experience.

Maximum discretion is used for packaging and shipping. Our premium delivery service uses first-class priority airmail, the safest and most secure method for this type of shipment.

If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized by customs, we will resend your order to you free of charge (1 re-send maximum).

We will send you your tracking number immediately after sending your package and you can track your package via the carrier's website (we will send you all the information by email with your tracking number).

*Insurance does not cover return if:

You made a mistake in the delivery address.
If the package remains at the post office for too long even though we have warned you that you should collect it.
Non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
If you do not provide us with a new address and name for returning the order.
The insurance entitles you to one replacement of the order, not a refund.
Order returns are made once a month.

How to track my package?

Once your order has been paid, it will be prepared and then shipped if all products are in stock.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

If you ordered from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple emails with multiple tracking numbers because you will be receiving multiple packages.

On the page Track the order , please enter your tracking number to track your package.
You can also enter your order number with the secret code (for example, " 2GM00001-5z5ZVKVlQaz3fRktLp..") to track all the packages in your order at once (as you may have multiple packages if you ordered from multiple warehouses), you can then click on each tracking number to view the tracking information for the different warehouses.

Upon delivery

IMPORTANT: Whether or not you have chosen the "insured delivery" option, a full unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding missing, damaged or incorrect items.

The video must include:
– The sealed package, clearly visible from all angles before it was opened, proving that it had not been opened or altered.
– The entire unboxing, filmed continuously, without cuts, pauses or interruptions.
– The entire contents of the package, clearly visible to the camera immediately after it was opened.

Noticed :
– Claims submitted without a compliant unboxing video will not be accepted.
– If the video contains inconsistencies, missing parts, blurry images, interruptions or signs of manipulation, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment or compensation claim.
– The unboxing video is necessary to protect both parties and ensure fair handling of the claim.

In case of a missing, damaged, or non-compliant item, please upload the video to a private sharing platform such as https://streamable.com/ and send us the link by email or via ticket as soon as possible.

Please note that we accept claims for missing, non-conforming, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be considered.
